Human’s Gift- Smile


Smile,the basic thing we do everyday .I think it’s the gift God gives us.
If you’re unhappy, it can’t do you any good to smile, can it? Not true. Apparently the positive effects of smiling are just the same whether you feel like smiling or not. Scientists in California asked a group of actors to act five different feelings: happiness, sadness, anger, surprise and fear–just using their faces.
Changes in their heart rate, blood pressure and temperature were written down. Most of the feelings they acted didn’t cause changes, but when the actors smiled their heart rate and their blood pressure went down. This happened even though they were only acting! So even if we feel sad inside, smiling seems to make us feel better.
A sense of humor also helps to keep things in perspective. Interfering friends or a flat tyre won’t seem quite so bad if you can see the funny side. So if you find yourself in a stressful situation, try to imagine how if must seem to an outsider with a sense of humor and let yourself giggle. A psychologist writes:”If people try to show a positive reaction instead of a negative one, this will eventually become part their personality. If you start to laugh, in time you will actually become happier.”
So when you want some gifts like computer,a cell phone or something else,please think it over,because you already have enough.

Health – Our Most Important Possession


Health is our most important possession. We should do our best to maintain it. Good health is necessary to happiness and success. People who are in poor health are often pessimistic or depressed. As a rule, bad health means misery and failure.
How can we keep our health? Only by knowing and carefully obeying the laws of health. A happy man is a healthy man, and only the healthy man can live a happy life.
The desire for good health is universal. Everyone who loves life understands how important health is. First, good health is the guarantee for enjoying life. The
only desire of a patient is always to live an ordinary and healthy life. Second, good health establishes a firm foundation for your ambition of the career. Without it, any lofty aspiration turns to be a daydream.
Then how to keep fit? Everyone has his own answers to this question, while I think three principal suggestions should be followed. The first one is that a scientific diet should be adopted, which offers the necessities for your body. The second one is that physical exercises must be persisted, especially for the indoor people. The last, but not the least, is that the cheerful mood should be kept.
In order to keep fit, I force myself to keep away from the “junk food”, although it usually tastes good, I even form a good habit of doing morning exercises. And the beautifulmusic and good books always cheer me up.
