What you need is a group of kids sit in a circle. One child is designated as “it” and walks around the circle, tapping each player on the head, calling each player a “duck” until picking one player to be “goose.” The “goose” must then jump up and chase “it” around the circle. “It” must get back to the “goose’s” spot and sit down without being tagged. If “it” makes it freely to that spot, the “goose” becomes “it,” and the game begins again. If the “goose” does tag “it,” “it” stays the same, and another round begins.

Favoritism can be avoided by establishing a rule that anyone chosen as “goose” cannot be chosen again until all others have had a turn at being selected.

Tag “it” before “it” makes it to your spot,then you win.

So if you find yourself in a stressful situation, try to imagine how if must seem to an outsider with a sense of humor and let yourself giggle. If you start to laugh, in time you will actually become happier.”
