NJ’s New Aim- The Photographers Who Aims At Students

NJ’s New Aim- The Photographers Who Aims At Students

NJ now has a new aim. What aim? That is the photographers who always take photos of students by their cameras or camcoders.
Taking pphotographersictures of kids without parental consent could soon be against the law in New Jersey.Surprised?Look on.
“If you take a picture of your child at the Jersey Shore building a sand castle, and there were other children in the background, would that violate the law?” he asks.
The bill’s sponsor, Assemblyman David C. Russo, R-Bergen, tells the Star-Ledger it provides vital protection for children in an increasingly technological world.
The newspaper reports the bill was inspired when residents of Ringwood, N.J. complained about a 63-year-old man who was videotaping girls at a swim meet. He allegedly later told police he found 8- to 10-year-old girls “sexy.”
He man was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct, but not a more serious crime. That ticks off some parents who think he (not to mention his ilk) belong behind bars.
“This man is a pervert, a sick individual, someone who could well be a pedophile,” Ridgewood parent Amy Conklin tells the Star-Ledger. “Our town is in an uproar … He is free to do as he wishes because these innocent 8-year-old girls were not naked when he videotaped them.”

That Trinity Often Results In What I Call The Beginners’ Photo

Summer is coming, and beach maybe is the best place you will choose.Maybe you will wear a swimwear. But look at the picture above. It represents trinity most.
What is trinity?
The model, usually a blonde, faces the camera, her back towards the ocean. She rests on the sand, her knees sinking slightly into it as waves wash around her feet and legs. Her arms are up in the air, her hands playing through her hair. Her expression sits somewhere between an orgasm and “this water is bloody cold.” It’s a cliche shot. Typically the first in any burgeoning model’s portfolio. And I bloody hate it.
So here we have a photo shoot that has exactly the trinity that usually results in such a photo: photographer, model, beach. The photographer is Julia Kiecksee. The model is Franziska Rathmann. The beach is Elbstrand in Hamburg. And yet the unholy trinity that normally creates the cliche is destroyed, the typical image does not exist. In its place is something that avoids all the cliches, offering up a photo shoot themed around wool and nature and, as such, one that is more suited to fall 2011 then it is to the cliche of ‘yet another model in a bikini posing on a beach’.

Want!Nikon’s Latest Product Of ƒ1.8 ‘Nifty Fifty’ Lens

Want!Nikon’s Latest Product Of ƒ1.8 ‘Nifty Fifty’ Lens

Nikon have published a new product -ƒ1.8 ‘Nifty Fifty’ Lens. After lots of discussion of the price, finally it been made official, and comes in at the reasonable, reasonable price of $220.
So it’s a good news. Here are some reasons why you should buy it.Because it is dieerent from others. The main difference between this new “nifty fifty” and the almost decade-old ƒ1.8D is that it has an autofocus motor inside. This means you can use it with any current or recent Nikon SLR. The older lens lacks this motor and is instead driven by one in thecamera, which cheaper bodies don’t have.
The other change is that the aperture ring has gone. For younger photographers who never used a ring on the lens to change the aperture, this isn’t a big deal. For oldies who find twisting a ring way easier than twiddling a dial, it’s a shame.

So well done for ordering it. Now sit back and wait, because it’s not shipping until June 16th.
